Overview
Overview
Not the intended walk of the day
which was meant to be Haystacks, which I turned back from due to bad
weather. On the way back to Keswick
the weather cleared around Newlands Hause, so I took
the
opportunity of completing this
quick two summit ridge walk
From the car parking area the route up to Knott Rigg is very straightforward and
the ridgeline
is very quickly reached
Looking back down towards Buttermere
from the climb up to Knott Rigg
Looking over to High Hole Beck in
full Speight
The weather started to come in at
speed here on the summit of Ard Crags
