Not the intended walk of the day which was meant to be Haystacks, which I turned back from due to bad

weather. On the way back to Keswick the weather cleared around Newlands Hause, so I took the

opportunity of completing this quick two summit ridge walk

 

From the car parking area the route up to Knott Rigg is very straightforward and the ridgeline is very quickly reached
