Walk Overview

Walk No.3 of our Wainwright Outlying Fells journey and we plumped
for the tallest in the list, that being Walna Scar which is just off the
main Old Man of Coniston range. The walk is very straightforward as
it follows the very well defined and easy to follow Walna Scar Road
from the car park.

The Car Park

The car park at the start of the Walna Scar Road. Be warned, this gets
full to bursting very early on and spaces come at premium. At the time of
writing the cost was £8.50 for all day
